It's attached to the house and easy to access. I also read about the music from the restaurant but that didn't bother us. It wasn't really loud, didn't go all night, and we were tired at the end of the day anyway. Our friend, who is from Costa Rica, helped us find this house. He said it's the best in Santa Teresa and he was right! This was the best family vacation we've every had.

The pool table outside added some fun to our stay and the private pool is exquisite. Marta the concierge was very helpful and accommodating and booked a couple of great tours for us. Batik, quite simply, caters to your every need. Marta greeted us with enthusiasm, helping with any little detail to make the house feel like home. Easy access to incredible beach which is perfect for my almost 80yr Mom to enjoy her walks. Every day we rode awseome waves and ate delicious food.
We just returned from a 10 day vacation in Santa Teresa with a big family group of 11 people that included 3 grandmas and two families including teenagers and a 7 year old. We rented 2 of the homes which was a great way for everyone to have their own space but we could all hang out and eat at Casa Ying Yang. Relax and watch the sunsets from the perfect beach on the north end of Santa Teresa.
